Materials, finishes, colours and measurements vary by design. Check the description and available options on the product page before choosing. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens.

Choosing chains and charms

If a product offers chain lengths or with-chain/without-chain options, select your preference before adding it to your cart. Other jewelry shown in a photograph is not included unless the page says so. If anything is unclear, ask us.

Caring for your jewelry

• Put jewelry on after applying perfume and cosmetics.
• Remove it before showering, swimming or cleaning.
• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive chemicals.
• Store pieces separately in a dry place to help prevent scratches.
• Follow any material-specific care guidance on the product page.

Care guidance does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Shipping to Türkiye and the United States

Standard shipping within Türkiye is free. Shipping to the 50 US states and Washington, DC has a flat charge of TRY 1,000. Shipments are arranged manually through DHL or UPS. Physical street addresses only; PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories and associated states are excluded. Check the delivery option available for your address and the total before ordering. See Shipping & Delivery for current conditions.
