Track an Order
Your private order status page contains the latest information available for your order.
1. Open your confirmation email
Use the view-order link in the confirmation email sent after your order is completed. This link is personal to you; do not share it publicly.
2. Check your account
If account access is available, sign in to your customer account using the email address used for the order and select the relevant order.
3. View the shipping details
After dispatch, the carrier link appears on your order status page when tracking information has been added. Use that link to follow your parcel’s progress.
Can’t find the email?
Check your spam folder and the email address used at checkout. If you still need help, contact us with your order number. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
