Shipping within Türkiye

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered within Türkiye. We pack orders with care and aim to hand them to the carrier within one business day. Any different product-specific preparation time will be stated on the product page and before you order.

One business day refers to preparation before dispatch, not guaranteed next-day delivery. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Transit times depend on the destination and the carrier’s operations.

Tracking your parcel

When a shipment is created, available carrier and tracking details are shared on your order status page and in your shipping notification. The first tracking update may take a little time to appear. See how to track your order.

Address changes and delivery issues

If your address is incorrect, contact us with your order number. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier’s options. If a parcel arrives damaged, take photographs and ask the delivery agent to record the damage where possible. These steps are not a condition of your statutory rights.

United States and other countries

Shipping to the 50 US states and Washington, DC has a flat charge of TRY 1,000. Shipments are arranged manually through DHL or UPS. Physical street addresses only; PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories and associated states are excluded. Check the delivery option available for your address and the total charge before ordering. The carrier and available tracking details are included in your shipping notification. Transit times may vary with the destination, carrier operations and customs procedures. Available options for other countries are shown before purchase.
